Travel Writing

Sometimes places are so amazing, writing about them is a must. Here’s the link to a travel piece I scribed on Lord Howe Island which appeared in Australian newspapers.

Keep in mind that no matter how wonderful Lord Howe Island sounds, whether you are into nature, relaxing, natural beauty, peaceful environments, bush walking, snorkelling, coral reefs, swimming with fine friendly fish (and even Galapagos sharks), it’s much better being there!

Pursuing An Idea

Pursuing An Idea

BabyTern&MumOnBeachCreativity is a fascinating process. Critical to it, and I’m speaking from a writer’s perspective, is the capacity and determination to pursue an idea – be it fashionable or not.

And to believe in it. Relentlessly.

It was like that with my first book, published in 2006. And so it is with the current two!

A Piece of Paradise

A Piece of Paradise

MalabarViewOfMtGower&Walker01-15-2014Paradise for me is naturally spectacular, ringed by coral reef teeming with hundreds of fish species, with mountains at its southern tip. It’s Lord Howe Island.

What an inspiring place. In fact, I was so impressed that I’ve just penned a travel piece about it. Not sure when it will appear in Australian newspapers.
