Business and Personal Profiles
Business people find great value in having their personal profile written, not only for the quality of the finished piece, but for the process, and what it often sparks in them.
A freelance writer for over 20 years, Michele was an essayist and profile writer for Eureka Street magazine for several years (when it was in print), and her features have appeared in The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, The Courier Mail, and a range of magazines.
A highly skilled non-fiction profile writer, Michele enjoys really listening to people and writing their personal human story. Artists, musicians, aid workers, refugees, business entrepreneurs, people with HIV/AIDS, tank commanders, politicians, religious leaders, and the occasional rock star, have all sat down to tell Michele their tales.
Michele is available for feature writing commissions. Please contact her via this website to discuss your project.
‘Recently I interviewed a business woman, and in the process of writing her personal profile in 2000 words, I developed a structure for the book she’s always wanted to write… That’s not unusual. It’s fabulous creating and collaborating with people who feel ready to move forward with their story,’ says Michele.
Comments from clients
Michele was a delight to work with. She put me at ease while interviewing me and managed to write about me in a way that I would never have been able to write about myself. I felt like she made me come alive through her words! It was such a positive experience and a result that was better than anything I could have imagined!
